Isn't it funny how some of the simplest things taste so dang good. I remember my mom making that all the time growing up. I think I've eaten more venison than most people. Growing up we had a freezer full of deer meat, once I was old enough to hunt we had to buy a 2nd freezer my step dad and I tagged out every year. 8 deer is a lot of meat.
