Trying to get romantic and creative on a Rainy East Texas Day so I browned and sauteed some angus, peppers and own-yawns.
Added a can of Rotel and Green Chilies
Added half a pkg of Al Dente Lg Elbow Mac
Simmered all together
Plated and served my Valentine in bed.
Only difference in my Plate was that it was covered with grated Pepper Jack

thanks, Gents, my intent was to fix her something that she liked and make her smile - - - after she finished she said it was the best "goulash" I'd ever done and smiled - - - - don't know if the heart shape and X & O did it or the actual cooking - - - either way "Happy Wife = Happy Life"
