...we are both a little under the weather. And just needed some turkey. Had one of those turkey roll roasts and a couple of thighs. Thighs went in the slow cooker, turkey roll in the oven with celery, on-yawn and carrots and a little white wine.
Potatoes got rough-mashed with scallion, parsley, butter 'n' milk.
There was a lot of juice from both the slow cooker and pan. The best thing will be the leftovers...none of the work, all of the fun.
