Rainy day fried clucker

After a really bad week at work the missus and I where in need of some comfort grub
Picked up a couple bone in skin on breast and some thighs

Breaded and ready for the fryer

I always brine the clucker pieces in a simple brine of kosher salt and brown sugar for around 6 hours before frying.

This time I decided not to brine and see if there is a difference in taste and moisture.

Lets just say from now on Ill stick with brining before frying :cheers:
