Fried up some salmon and russets on Sunday
Cajun seafood breader on the salmon. In the 350 degree oil for about 1 1/2. Minutes
Russet breaded with chicken breader. In the oil for about 15 minutes.
Fried the Russets first.
Made up a batch of easy squeezy tater sauce .
Turned out really good for frozen Salmon
