One leftover Cathead Biscuit
Order of mixing:
3 coarsely chopped pieces of bacon
1 cup cooked Rice
3 tblsp Salsa
1 tblsp Texas Pepper Jelly
One Egg scrambled in
grated pepper jack cheese
Split, buttered and toasted the Biscuit
Sauteed and mixed everything else together in a skillet and Plated
Forgot to take pic
I call it breakfast

It was delicious but looked more like road kill than breakfast
