Mater & Ricotta Flat Bread Pizza Via Big Easy

Postby woodenvisions » Sat Mar 18, 2017 6:33 pm

Wifey wanted home made pizza today and the plan was to fire up the lump and cook one on the stone, but I dropped the ball and forgot I had no more lump left...
Well, I had some but it was all ( crumbs ) and I'm not a fan of a fire in the ash bowl so I figured why not use the Big Easy ??

Fresh Tomatoes, Ricotta and Fresh Basil and Parsley.

It was quick, clean and efficiently did the task at hand.
Once again, we were both completely happy with the outcome. Perfect crust can easily be lost, but this was a great score here.

Thanks man, I'm just the food prepper..

I just sit back and let the cooking tools do the work

I would suggest one thing tho..

Char broil makes a new one that cooks like this but is also a smoker and flat top grill as well.

My buddy at work saw mine and had chicken from it and was instantly sold on it. As he was about to order his, he saw the one that smokes and grills and he leaned towards that one cuz he grills a lot and doesn't do charcoal ( just his preference ) .

He got it and wished he got this one I have instead because it doesn't cook as good as this one. Especially when it comes to ( crisping ) chicken skin.

So if ur looking for a smoker/ griller , this is not for you. But...I'm pretty positive u have those covered lol.

Overall, this thing is Amazing.

I'm not sure who it is on here, but someone else has one and they love it.

I think he's been judging a few BBQ Contests and he has a Wife so I'm sure he's busy and productive :salut:
