Round # 2 Via Big Easy

Postby woodenvisions » Sat Mar 18, 2017 6:48 pm

After the mater pizzas, I figured since I was in the groove I might as well make another using Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce for a base. Diced Tomatoes with Garlic, Basil and Oregano on top with chunks of Chicken Thighs marinated in Brazilian Marinade sauteed in the cast iron, then drizzled with more Four Cheese Alfredo and more fresh Basil and Parsley and then in the Big Easy for 15 minutes...

Packed with flavor, can't wait to make another
The rest is history

Hey Russ, it's just 4 cheese Alfredo sauce from a jar. It was a gamble but it paid off.
