I like the decision to keep the onions and shrooms large, not chopped small.
Looks great, I'm sure it was tasty as can be !!

Hey, if you can find this, I HIGHLY suggest you give it a shot.
I used to deliver supplies to restaurants and pizza​ joints and this was something I tried once and LOVED.

Its by Stanislaus, called Super Dolce.
It's sweet and thick, what a great pizza sauce !!

I guess I'm lucky here as we make out own tomatoe sauce from our home garden, I use that sauce with fresh chopped oregano and basil added with s+p then spread on. It's great. Sorry to digress. Btw great pizza, I love onions n shrooms.
