Deliveries,Back Roads, and Chef Mario

Postby woodenvisions » Tue Mar 28, 2017 11:45 am

Well I guess not all is bad while working in this cold rainy weather.
Good thing about being on the road all day is being able to pick where I wanna eat on the days I'm not ( Brown Baggin It ).....
So I'm driving and it hits me... Cheese steak !!!

So I'm 10 minutes from what has been settled as the Best Cheesesteak in the Lehigh Valley and mind you the Lehigh Valley is a Huge Radius. I've eaten here several times and Everytime I've been blown away at the food this guy pumps out. He's Chef Mario from The Newburg Deli in Nazareth PA.

He has a selection of YouTube clips, check him out.

Ahhhhh, bellies happy now :P :P :P

Totally agree bsooner, lol.
I think he's trying to appeal to the younger generation with the options. His roots are from Philly, so he definitely knows what a real Cheesesteak truly is. He even hates the ( cheeze wiz ) that Philly cheese steaks are known for. I respect him for having the courage to get rid of that crap and use a quality cheese.
He won't tell people what it is, but I think it's Havarti ?
