W V said it best calling me "Ripper-Tized" - - - I've only done these once a few days ago and now it is my go to for Dawgs from now on. Fixed one New York Style and the other Chili Chez so we'll call one the Yank Dawg and the other the Reb Dawg - - gotta admit I am liking the Yank with mustard, kraut and relish the bestest. Thanks again to Justin, W V and Sooner for the tutorial on Dawgs. :salut:

Actually, to be technical what you have in the bottom pic is called a WELLER... It's a Ripper well done.
So ur WELLER TIZED as well, lol.

Looks good buddy, I'd NEVER turn down a mustard relish and kraut or onion dog.

Btw, if u can find WICKLES Relish, at all costs grab a jar !
Even if it means you have to body slam a 105 yr old man in the condiments isle at HEB to take it from him !!

LMAO, ok, don't go that far, but u really do have to get ur hands on some. My all time Fav Relish for dogs.

So I giggled wickles and read the contents of the relish, cucumbers and lots vinegar cider etc and lots of stuff I wouldn't feel comfortable with. Here our relish is made with tomatoes onions vinegar and spices. I use it on American hot dogs as well. Pic to follow.

Lol Russ.
I think a Twinkie is probably 10× worse for me so I'm ok with it considering it's just once or twice every 3 months.
Scary stuff in alot of things we eat that's for sure lol

I'd put it on my Dawgs back fo sho - - - Relish/ChowChow is one of those condiments that has a million faces and multi-branching family tree. 'bout the only one I have found that I don't care for is the sweet pickle relish - - - all other are welcome in my Dawg Pound. :salut:
