The last pork chop

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Fri Mar 31, 2017 2:39 pm

That we have on hand, that is.

Marinated in a balsamic vinegar dressing from a local store. I really like the flavor this dressing gives to pork and chicken. Then browned on both sides, and simmered with apples, green pepper and onions. Could have used more onions.

Flavor was good, but I have to admit I prefer these chops grilled. Except that it's raining and freezing. That's a half of a pepper cream-topped baked potato sitting with it.

I might prep the apple/onion/pepper trio as a side dish next time we grill a chop.

It was quite good for non-grilled. :D
