Smoke "Free" Friday
Altho todays Lunch was Smoke Free, rare are the days that they are Suckle Busters Free as proven by some "Lapia" filets that were dusted in Gator's Cajun Seasoning (aka Gas Mask Sprinkles)

Re: Smoke "Free" Friday
if it wasn't just the two of us here and most times SWMBO doesn't eat what I do, I would love to learn how to knock out some good Pizza Pies but most of them would just go to waste waiting for me to clean the platter

Re: Smoke "Free" Friday
the large pita bread i buy is 9" (same as a paper plate)
a little marinara pasta sauce, pepperoni, sliced onions, mushrooms
or whatever your heart desires
with mozzarella cheese slices over the top
in a 350° oven for 12'mins
the perfect personal pizza
the pita is thin and light, and makes a great crispy crust
not HEAVY like pizza dough/crust!!
