Simple brunch

Postby egghead » Tue Apr 11, 2017 9:23 pm

Simple brunch made special because I dug up the Yukon golds in my garden yesterday, used smoked hot sauce I made a while back as well as pickled jalapeños from Casa Smith topped off by some cheese I smoked. The mini BGE saw the action.

Used this stuff

Eggs along with smoked hot sauce and jalapeños in the pool

Smoked cheese on top

Torch used to melt and brown the top
