Chocolate Cake, Steam vs Infrared Experiment

Been wanting to do this test for months, and tonight the Chocolate God's were sending me signals, so here it goes.
In the Can Cooker is 4 cups of water and 2 mini tins of chocolate cake.
30 minutes on medium low and the results left me speechless !!
Perfectly done, it's the most moist cake I've ever seen, almost like it was a poached egg version of cake...
The Big Easy has Chocolate cake with chocolate/peanut butter mixed in.
Both will get a Cream Cheese icing when they cool off, pics to follow.
Kitchen smells really good, Big Easy chocolate cakes should be done any minute.
Taste test in a bit, hopefully I can get my belt on in the a.m lol...
