With Mom's Day almost upon us, we have been swapping stories about them all week and wishing they were still around to hang out and celebrate with. Of course the Food subject came up often during these flash back chats, after all it was "Mom" who taught us how to cook, even tho mine didn't know I was taking notes. Soooooo, in honor of Mom I decided to fix some Chicken Fried Chicken Breasts with Peppered White Gravy (I know it's Cream Gravy but my G-daughter changed it to White Grabie several years ago). A little Mahatma on the side along with some Wabbit Food consisting of Cherry Maters, Celery, Green Own-yawns, pickled Okra and Lettuce drizzled with Ranch. Gravy on everything except the Salad.
