Decided to try something different with shrimp. Marinated for about 4 hour's, sauteed with butter in the iron skillet, served on a bed of rice along with a green salad and leftover baby back's from the weekend. Shrimp turned out very good and I'll do it again.

Looking good willie, I see kikkoman soy sauce used, I switched to ketchup manis about a year , havnt looked back, it's just a thicker sweeter soy sauce. I have had great comments on meat I've marinated in a mix very similar to yours. Love me some shrimp. Must do some soon.you guys are so spoilt.
