MishMosh via Paella Rice

Postby woodenvisions » Fri May 26, 2017 9:11 pm

So I needed to use up leftovers from last night's Tandoori Chicken and Lamb. Picked up some Vigo Paella Rice last week for a Paella dish I'm making within a few weeks.
I was thinking of cutting up the chicken and Lamb and adding it to the Paella Rice and see what's what ??

It was actually pretty good, but the wifey said ( right on que ) it's a little fishy.I should have left out the can of seafood on her plate I guess.

Overall, It was pretty good, the chicken and Lamb actually went together pretty well.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImage
