I had some of the chicken stuffed with shrimp and sausage jambalaya leftover from the night before and wanted it for supper last night and I thought it would be good with some kind of sauce on it. I looked around to see what we had at the house already and this what I came up with. Boiled up some shrimp that was in the freezer, a can of crab meat, next time I'll plan ahead and buy some not in a can, some white wine, a jar of Alfredo sauce and a little Cajun seasoning, mixed it all together in a pot on the stove. It turned out pretty good but I thing it was still missing something but not sure what.

That looks great, I've used close to that combination before. Only thing I didn't was the crab ( my loss ) ..
Hmm..., Maybe some sun-dried tomatoes, julienne cut ??
