when all else Fails, wrap with Bacon

Bunch of the Gang here kept mentioning Shrimps so my tummy and taste buds locked in to what Shrimps I had left in the Freezer. Come to find out there were only 4 jumbo BUT two were minus a tail fin so my first iddie of stuffing with crab meat vanished before me and then I just decided to take some bacon and wrap it around a tail free shrimp, parboiled jalapeno slab, pepper jack cheese and oven bake until done. I pulled them before the bacon was crisp but I like my "diablos" that way - - piled on some Hot Pico and plated on a Dixie. Twas guud n I'm full

I'd polish those off before you were able to pull a plate out
