It's a a muffin...it's a waffle...

And it all started with failed yogurt, which I have attempted to make for the last time.

So I took the failed yogurt and threw it into a....corn muffin mix. And got out the waffle iron. Yup, I know.

Corn muffin mix is better as muffins. This was weird, but good. Sausage patties on the side. Win some, sorta not really lose some.

I've done similar with Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix but switched to either Bisquick, Bis-Kits or just plain Jiffy Mix. Love me some Texas Pecan Waffles and Sweet Drizzle of choice with a runny fried cackle berry on top. :chef: :texas: Years ago a friend of mine from Floral Park NY sent me some Vermont Syrup and it's truly the best I've ever tasted. :salut: More than you asked for eh :?: :D

It was in fact Jiffy corn muffin mix. And I enjoy hearing about how other people cook!
