It works, I've done it with CH before.
If I recall, they take longer to cook than regular foul tho

Well, here are the leftovers, boned 'n' heated with the pan juice (a lil' marsala wine added) over rice. And a deli salad.

I discovered something weird about myself: I don't like chicken leftovers heated. Prefer 'em cold. Doctor, what's wrong with me? :P

But we will absolutely use this thrift store device to roast chicken thighs again. That bowl of perfectly separating fat and jelly alone was worth it!

cold Clucker eats good also :tup: - - - there's nuttin wrong with that plate, however, in my Casa those would be taco fixins :tup: just substitute torts in place of the plate :chef:
