U.K. Version of pork belly and hot potato salad. Mightyfine eats in the Lake District. On to Scotland tomorrow for 12 days.

Always the PhotoGenius and Consistently pleasing to the "eye pallet" (that's when it looks so good you can almost taste it) - - - - Egg, is that tater salad anything like German tater salad or is it just spicy or warm :?:

Hi egg, love the Lake District, we stayed in Penrith, love the town Keswick. We also loved Inverness. You are so lucky. Beautiful country. Enjoy yourself.

I have been there, you should go to Arbroath and get an Arbroath smokey, it's famous through billy connolleys tv programme. We travelled through there on the way to Inverness. I bought a pair of them, ate on the side of the road. Unbelievable the taste. Isle of Skye is one of my fave spots in the world.
Look forward to some pics???
