"Forgive me Father for I have Ovened"
Parboiled some large Jalapenos, removed the veins and seeds, then filled with a chunk of beer can chicken, slice of pepper jack and topped with bacon. Cooked it in the Oven  :dont: :whiteflag: at 350 for 35 minutes and Supper was done. The chicken got a little dry from that time in the oven so I used some SuckleBusters Chipotle Sauce for dipping. Woo Hoo Good (I know what Y'all are thinking but I didn't have time to fire up the charcoal this evening)
