I bet that'd be good on top of a grilled chicken breast or pork chop

On top of chicken, chop, or fish would be nice.

Tried a different way to dice the pineapple. Quarter, remove core, dice, and filet - worked well

Or you could just use one of these: when I bought my house I thought I have so much cabinet space I'll never have to worry about it, but due to things like this I have to sneak the cabinet door open and hope I don't get brained with things falling out. Sure makes tasks easier tho.

You really are taking my "Slacker" nick name for you to a whole new level. Lets compare the taste of your out of a can (Yuck) and mine. With so much passion as you have for cooking just imagine the new level your food would rise to. :whiteflag: :whiteflag: :whiteflag: :D :D :D

OK, Gang (and Outlaw) I have bit the bullet and am gonna "try" and make some of EGG's "Pineapple and Mango Salsa" - - - if he hadn't mentioned HEB have the "personal Pineapples" I would not have seen them - - - but I did and all is well ?so far? This was my first time to ever purchase Mangoes and I forgot to get fresh limes so hopefully the nosey neighbors won't gossip too bad if I use some RealLime and pre-chopped "Fresh" Cilantro. This is gonna be a chop taste and tweek for me but I should have two batches done dis ennin. My batch will be the only one with jalapenos in it.
