Emm, I thought of you yesterday when in the supermarket, was looking in dairy section and came across butter milk, I only had change on me as I was getting 2 lambs kidneys. Wife's getting some next time she's in there. I'm doing the same as you, but never tried butter milk. Do you leave skin on,? I'm 99% certain you keep it on.? I have a deep frier so I'm good to go. Next week I'm picking, lol. Btw separate story on the kidneys. Separate thread coming up.

Pardnah, I remove the skin because this is more like a fried cutlet or similar - - - - I also buy chicken breast with the bone-in and then I bone it off cut it into appropriate sizes, pound with a tenderizing hammer, season, dredge and fry. This is just chicken fried steak without the steak :laughing7: :D
