Sirprize Sirprize, Wild Bill - - - - those were actually baked in the Oven at 375 for 90 minutes - - - the crust is Hebert's own Cajun Seasoning :tup:

We've actually had something like this pork chop at a local market. 'Meat in meat?' It kind of surprised me when I was expecting bread. :laughing7:

Looked like some oil in the bottom of that there pan.
Best looking baked pchops Ive ever seen. I eat that for certain. :cheers:

Sailor, altho this was good, I really prefer a own-yawn or seafood stuffing myself - - - - when I do them I stuff with green own-yawns, chopped cocktail shrimp and cream soup :dont: :chef:
