Shake & Bake Big Easy Chicken Parmesan

Postby woodenvisions » Tue Jul 25, 2017 8:12 pm

So we felt like a Shake & Bake tonight so i pulled out the Big E and threw some breasts in for 25 minutes to a perfect juicy inside and crusty outside.
Shredded Mozz, Four Cheese mix, Oregano and Grated Parm, Four Cheese Pasta Sauce and all is good  ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Ok, I know I'm late to the party on a lot of things here, but what the heck is a Big E?????????? I know you didn't do that on a BGE. Typically I am not a Italian spiced anything fan but this looks really good. You had me at "Easy".

Russ,
Definitely give it a go, u will love it. I should used more Mozz tho, but it was still really good.

Bondobill and Sooner,
Thanks guys. I'm not a chicken breast fan, this is one of only a few ways i will do it.

Okie,
it's without a doubt a great option for quickness..or laziness lol.

Emm,
Did i catch it attention ??
Lol.
Hey, did u ever make a lid ( crisper ) for yours ?

Outlaw,
OUP is right on track.
I swear by this cooker. It TRULY does replicate oil frying without the cholesterol shake that comes with oil frying.
I cook just about everything in it, hasn't let me down yet.

Sailor,
Lol, me sah wee :)

Maux Nix on the Lid Crisper HOWEVER I have still got to try some shiney foil under the glass lid and see if it helps or works :salut: Unfortunately my Electric Oil-less doesn't get used much except around Thanksgiving and Christmas. :dont: Other times when it just the Wiffy and MOI the portions are small unless it's a rack of ribs or something which we turn the leftovers into sammies or chili.

Send me the dimensions and a pic of ur cooker, especially the top area.
I've got access to stainless at work.
I might be able to duplicate what i have.
That is the KEY to ur non crispness problem.
