Sweet Pepper St Louis Chipotle Fajitas

Postby woodenvisions » Wed Aug 16, 2017 8:39 pm

Well, we decided on pulling the meat from the bones before we vacuum pack and freeze em for vittles down the road.
But for tonight, we went with Sweet Peppers instead of the Serrano's. I think they are just too hot with the SB Chipotle Sauce. So we sauteed up some Sweet Peppers, Scallions added the pulled Pork, then added a good amount of Chipotle Sauce.
Grabbed a Tortilla, heated it in the oven for 3 minutes and topped them off with some fresh Mater's.

Pretty good quick dinner.

Wanted something quick last night, getting lazy I guess lol.
Late work nights are really starting to put a damper on ( normal ) eating hours..

Sailor, I'm sorry lol..
