It's beautiful weather here but for some reason I am experiencing a boring nothing day
Think I'll go sit outside and see if that helps but I had to cook lunch first.
Today's Menu was Fried Tilapia, Mac n White Chez and Gween Beans.
Soaked the fillets in beer for an hour and then fried mine in some more of that great Atkinson's Cajun Hot/Spicy Breading that Wild Bill sent me.
However, the Wiffy likes cornmeal breading so that's what she gotz
