Pork Kabobs

Postby woodenvisions » Sun Oct 08, 2017 7:32 pm

So, I've never done, nor had Pork Kabobs before. Tonight, we Cubed Italian Sweet Sausage ( casings intact ) , Boneless Pork Chops , Green Peppers, Onions, Cubed Potatoes and Whole Bella Shrooms.
Marinated with Brazilian Marinade, and hit with Hoochie Mama and skewered and on the Big Easy they went !
40 Minutes later, we gots good juicy eats !ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

You need a big sword to make it authentic!

Oh my. I knew better (we have discussed this before) than to open another of WV's posts, especially when just sitting down with my first cup. Those pictures are detrimental to my mental health and well being. First off, I couldn't begin to duplicate that goodness, then I know of no place that could serve me such a dish so now I'll be sitting around all day in a funk bemoaning my sad state of affairs. What have I done to deserve this??
Ok, I'll quit sniveling. That looked fabulous. I'm a big fan of any dish that had sausage in it. Well done. :happ: :happ: :happ: :chef: :chef: :chef:

Thanks girls and guys !!
Just something simple and quick to throw together.

Outlaw....
Don't cut urself short man. If you can use a knife ( which we all know you can ) than you could do just this.
Just throw stuff together, that's all I did.

Nice looking grub ....again. I love kebabs, there's something about meat on a kebab with capsicums and I like onion as well.
