Mac n cheese fritters!!
Lots of folks love fried and I don't believe I know a single person who doesn't like mac n cheese. Being the adventurous one I am, I combined the two. I decided to try my hand at a spicy mac n cheese fritter and nailed it! I'm adjusting the heat level a bit; it needs to come up a notch, but here they are!

I saw something similar on Triple D and they seemed to be a favorite at that establishment. Once yo iron out all the specifics please post your method. Those look GREAT.

Thanks! The tricky part is rolling them. The colder, the better!

Re: Mac n cheese fritters!!
Thanks much everyone!
EH: I am sorry I missed ya today but am happy to hear you enjoyed your meal. Any time you're out this way, feel free to stop by! I'm ALWAYS playing around with new ideas and I had the perfect opportunity to introduce you to an item I've been working on that's not yet seen the light of the public. Dangit!! Next time I'm sure I'll have another. Lol!

Russ
Scooped and rolled up then dredged in flour and rolled again in buttermilk, then coated with a mix of seasoned flour and breadcrumbs.

Yeah, I seen one as well! There are no establishments here that offer this and it was a sure hit. We will be adding these to our menu in the future.

No problema Señor. We will certainly drop in the next time we’re in da hood. Great burgers, sides, etc. in a nice atmosphere that gives a needed break from the usual chains on the road.
