Cheese

Cold smoked a bunch of extra sharp cheddar and Monterrey jack with pecan in the A-Maze-N tube for a couple hours then vacuum packed. Most will be given away so recommending a 15 day mellow.
Looks good Egg. I gotta get some cheese going now that temps are getting to the right point.
