I'm planning on cooking a 12-14 spatchcocked turkey at 400 degrees in the pellet grill. Trying to shorten cook time.
Any guestimates on how long it will take at that temp?
TIA

Spatchcock @ 400 should be less than 2 hours to get breast to 165 and thighs to 175-180. Good luck with it.

Re: Spatchcock Turkey Cook Time ?
I've seen people cooking at all different temps.
Low and Slow (225-275), 350-375, and as high as 450.
Hopefully it will be around 2-2.5 hrs at 400.
Doing this Sunday, so I'll take some pics (if I remember) and post results.
Throwing a pre-cooked ham on as well.

Re: Spatchcock Turkey Cook Time ?
Thought about this I was @ the store yesterday and they had turkeys of that size and bigger for .67 lb..
Wife said that the prime rib, shrimp etc. was enough, no mo'.
So interested in how this turns out but my pit doesn't hold 400° as gracefully as yours.

Did a 15 pounder for thanksgiving. Started out at 225 for the first hour and then I kicked it up to 325. In 3 hours the thighs were 175 and the breast’s were 165.
