Diet Food

Postby Larry Wolfe » Fri Jan 18, 2008 6:47 am

Well I finally got back on my diet Monday............ here's examples of what I've been eating along with alot of Kashi foods.

The other night I made a wrap with Mahi Mahi and veggies tossed in a little bit of caesar dressing. Then today for lunch a piece of Ahi Tuna seasoned with Wolfe Rub Citrus and steamed broccoli and carrots and sauteed leftover brussel sprouts ontop of a little jasmine rice.

Good food, Larry! I've been told we eat first with our eyes, and your visuals definitely are appealing.

Happy Aloha Friday!

That mahi and ahi sure looks ono (delicious). You use any kind of a dipping sauce with the ahi? The only better way to eat ahi is sashimi or in poke... both 100% raw!

Good kau-kau there Larry...

Have a great weekend everyone!

aloha a hui hou kakou,
