Below freezing temps is not the time to crank up the ECB so I did these in the Oven at 400 for 45 minutes - - also instead of having the chez inside the bacon wrap I decided to wait and top it after they were cooked - - - also ended up scraping off the Salsa and using Suckle Busters coveted Jalapeno Jelly. Found my O.U. Sooner Plate to serve them on but doubt that I can run it thru the dish washer. OH, I also put a dollop of refried beans inside the bacon wrap but forgot to take a picture

Looks great. Now I'm confused though Refried beans Are they just banned on certain dishes? That would make much more sense than an altogether ban. Who doesn't like bean dip??

I guess you got me there because I can destroy a bowl of bean dip, especially with ORIGINAL Fritos - - - it's the stuff in Mexican Joints that they use to take up space on the plate that I will not eat and that goes for some of their so called spanish rice - - - hmmmm, maybe I should keep some spicy bean dip in the frig now
