Sloppy Boudreaux
Excellent marketing caught me. How could I pass this up.
A pound of venison and a 1/2 pound of ground pork browned then covered with a jar of Sloppy Boudreaux. Scooped out a baked potato and stuffed it for something different. It’s good.

Re: Sloppy Boudreaux
I picked it up at a small grocery store named Nunu’s in Youngsville, LA (near Lafayette). Nunu’s has an excellent meat market with prepared items like ribeye burgers, boudain, crawfish boudain, several different flavors of sausage, stuffed peppers, stuffed mushrooms, etc.
Also has specials of the day so we make sure we’re passing through around lunch time.
