You are ALL over thinking this....
I have a heated garage and a finished basement.
Outlaw can park his KR in the garage and you all can pile in the basement, there's PLENTY of room :):)
Actually, it's beautiful today. 25 and sunny, tomorrow the same and Wednesday it's 28 drgrees and 8"-12" of snow, lol.
Best thing I did was buy this Yellow & Blue Monster :)
