Texas Chili Rippers

Postby OldUsedParts » Tue Feb 20, 2018 1:37 pm

:texas: I don't know if it was the trees that are starting to bloom or the 70+ temps we've been enjoying that made me crave a Hot Dawg today. :dont: What ever it was, the itch has been sufficiently scratched (burp) :chef:

Yes, love the rippers. When we do chili we almost always have chili dogs at some point during th week and freeze enough to do them again at a later date.

thanks, Sailor, :salut: I must admit that they were probably the best I've had HOWEVER, I must also admit that I threw my first effort away last year and it took a while to get it right :whiteflag:

Great Rippers, OUP! It makes me crave one.

Speaking of Coney, I spent alot of time as a child at Coney Island - on rides, in arcades and eating at Nathan's. Besides their hot dogs, they also had these great, thick, crinkle-cut fries.
