I fried the all beef franks in canola (350?) until they ripped open then I drained on paper towel and made the dawg. :dont: there is a Youtube about "Rut's Ripper Joint" that is very good and explains it well. :salut:

Check out Jimmy Buffs & Dickee Dee's as well.

One day soon, I will learn how to duplicate the pizza dough pockets they use and make a great Italian Hot Dog.

I'll bring you here as well, not too far from Rutts, but bring body armour lololol...... No disrespect to any Newark'ans, but I used to work in this area, tough place to grow up without a doubt.

Temp wasn't bad about 25 but with a steady 20 mph Noreaster and gust to 60 my smoker stayed in the shop.
