Beer Battered Birthday
Today's the Wiffy's Birthday so I decided to fix her favorite foods for her. She said the shrimp is the best she's ever eaten Her plate had beer battered shrimp (I gave her mine as an after thought), fish, sweet tater fries and field peas which is another favorite of hers. I had pretty much the same except for some ?canned? Collards (won't buy again) but all in all it was good.

Beautiful plate, OUP, Happy Birthday to Mrs. OUP, but I'm with you there on the canned collards.

Re: Beer Battered Birthday
thanks again from the Missus
RMS, I tried to make her entire day the best ever and she told me that I succeeded - - even an all expense paid trip to the Nursery (YUCK) for some Flowers I ?used? to enjoy all that planting and BS but I've since outgrown the Love of playing in the dirt and regular maintenance and watering.
