Quesadilla's

Postby Williep » Fri Apr 27, 2018 5:51 am

I had a craving for some Mexican food last night and about all I had at the house was some leftover brisket and tortilla's. Layered a tortilla with cheese, refried bean's, brisket, pico, jalapeno's, more cheese and another tortilla with butter.

You just have to remember to put enough cheese around the edge's, you can press the edge's together as the cheese is melting so everything want fall out when you flip it, trust me, I know, I learned that lesson several year's ago. :banghead:
