This could be called Konebraid and Kollard Greens or even Labor of Love Lunch but no matter what we call it, I really like it and so did my Dad.
Sherry, however, does not so I get it "ALL"
Ingredients for Stock aka Pot Liquor
The Labor mentioned above
I boil my Stock ingredients a pretty long time before putting in the Greens
I also debone the Smoked Oink Joint before the Greens in
Therefore I can get more stock flavor by cooking them low and slow
This is what "I" call a "Post A-Fib Longneck"
Plate and add Pepper sauce and buttered Cornbread
"thank you for your indulgence"
