Pizza with raw Bra beef sausage

Tonight my daughter asked for her favourite home made pizza: tomato, buffalo mozzarella and raw sausage from Bra.
Bra is a little town down here, where some butchers produce a special Fassone beef sausage (eaten exclusively raw).
We love it!
