Barbecued Enchiladas ?

Postby OldUsedParts » Sun May 13, 2018 1:25 pm

Well, at least 2 of the ingredients in these Chicken Enchiladas Verde were cooked on the Pit and except for the Roasted Salsa and Beer Car Chicken in the Filling the rest was just some torts, sooner sauce (la verde), chez and sour cream. No matter what you called them, they were guuuuuuuuuuud.

Sir Chef, if anyone could do it, you could
Of course pics of the entire cook, including the fire, would be needed for proof. :salut:
