thanks, Pard, she usually eats catsup with hers and I prefer a quick mix of catsup, horseradish sauce and Louisiana Red Sauce which I use on my shrimp ?or? fish also - - - - do you make your aioli with mayo ? - - - I may try that since she loves her Mayo - - -

We make something called 'fry sauce,' which is close to that horseradish sauce they serve with deep-fried onyawn rings. It's got mayo, ketchup, horseradish, black pepper, pepper, paprika, vinegar, and some other assorted spices. Comes out a bit different each time, but still goood.

Parts, if sherry likes Mayo like I do, get her to try chips with aioli, I have made my own from scratch, ie, olive oil etc , but we get a nice garlic one here already made. It's my go to now with fries. I switched from tomatoe sauce to aioli after being served it in a restaurant one night.

There used to be a french fry restaurant about 45 minutes from here...they served aioli with the fries. Actually they served at least a dozen kinds of mayo-based dipping sauces (like chili, jerk, or cilantro) with the fries and you got your choice of two. I usually went with curry and black olive.
