This morning I was just going to fix some Pillsbury thump can buttermilk biscuits for breakfast - - - pretty boring, eh? - - - well I decided to try and create a couple of Cinnamon Biscuits just for fun.
Bottomline: they tasted pretty good or at least the cinnamon, sugar and icing did
AND next time I'm gonna roll them out about twice as thin and long as I did this morning so they won't end up sooooo tall and also More Room for More Icing .
Before baking, I brushed with butter and topped with cinnamon and sugar.
After they were finished baking I topped them with some ultra-simple Powdered Sugar and Milk Icing

Is this where I point out Pillsbury makes cinnamon rolls in a can also?
May be easier, but I bet adding a home made touch made those turn out way better than the pre-packaged version.
