I used the shredded taters in a bag this time and honesty I couldn't tell the difference from when I made them last with fresh shredded taters.
Alot quicker this time.
As for time, I'm guessing about 25 minutes to get the taters crunchy at 325. Then I added the rest and did about the same time I think ?
Just go by eye and u should be fine.
