It’s salsa time - cold smoking salsa verde and salsa rojo. Two levels using a couple fire bricks.

Didn’t plant a garden this year because planned travel was going to be at peak harvest time. That’s my lane, but true, excuse. :D

Si Señor- processed jars for ten minutes before packing and 15 minutes after packing.

Scrambled some eggs for sampling purposes this morning. Yum
