I use to make those all the time when I worked the night shift back in the day, they are so good. If you haven't already, try making them once with whipping cream and see what you think. :cheers: :cheers:

Heck W.P. I already like it - - - do you just add until you get a workable dough ?

Yes sir. It's been so long since the last time I made them I think it was something like a 1/2 cup cream to 1 cup mix.

I never measure the liquid BECAUSE I've messed up soooooo many times and had to add dry mix to fix it, therefore, more than I wanted to end up with. :banghead:

OK, Willie Pard - snag'd some whoop'n cream at Wally World this morning so probably Thursday I'll get to try the Night Shift Catheads a la Creamy :chef:

Well, look no more, Willie Pard, because I whooped out some this morning and all I can say is they were
ULTRA Tasty and ULTRA Flaky :tup:
I did add some baking powder, sugar and salt to the Bisquick this time but other than that it was Bisquick and Heavy Whipping Cream running the Show. :cheers:
